While every death is a tragedy, not every loss of a First Responder will qualify to receive donations from our organization.  We have determined that some criteria need to be met in order to be eligible for donations.  These are:

1. The individual’s death occurred during their line of duty performances
2. If not on-duty at the time, the individual’s death was specifically related to their position as a First Responder
3. The individual’s death creates a financial hardship for family (i.e. spouse and/or children or other dependents) as a result of loss of income

If a fallen First Responder meets either number 1 or 2 along with number 3 above, then they will qualify for donations.
